Mr. Currys' Butter Chicken Recipe


1- 16 bottle of Mr. Currys Butter Masala / Tikka Masala base sauce (2 cups)

2- 1 tablespoon of Termeric Powder (optional)

3- 2 lb Chicken Breast, boneless

4- 1 tablespoon of minced garlic

5- a small piece of butter, about 3 tablespoon

6- Salt, to your taste

7- 8 oz (1 cups) of Heavy Whipping Cream

Cooking pan- 12inch Skillet or Pan, as used in the pictures below

Cooking Steps:

Step 1: 2 lb chicken breast cleaned/washed

Step 2: cut the Chicken breast into mall, thin slices (as shown in picture below @ step 2)

Step 3: Add quarter piece of butter in a 12inch Skillet or a Pan on medium heat

Step 4: Once the butter is melting, add one tablespoon of garlic

Step 5: Add 1 tablespoon of Turmeric (optional) onto the Skillet/Pan and mix

Step 6: Add the cut chicken breast to the pan mix well until spice mixed well with Chicken, add salt to your taste

Step 7: Continue mixing/stirring until the chicken slices are  cooked  (abut 5 minutes)

Step 8: Add 2 cup of Butter Masala/Tikka Masala Sauce to the Skillet/pan

Step 9: Add 1 cup of Heavy Whipping Cream to the Skillet/pan

Step 10: Mix all together in the Skillet/Pan very well over the medium heat

Step  11: Continue cooking over medium heat until the chicken cooked – about 5 to 10 minutes

Step 12: Let the sauce is look creamy, but make sure not to over cook the chicken, then the meet will get hard

    - Now pour the butter chicken to a serving pot and ready to serve
