Mr. Currys' RedNeck Chicken Recipe


1- 2 tablespoon of Mr. Currys’ spice mix

2- 2 lb Chicken Breast, boneless

3- 1 teaspoon of minced garlic

4- 1 teaspoon of ginger paste or powder

5- 3 tablespoon of cooking oil

6- Salt, to your taste

Cooking pan- 12 inch Skillet or Pan, as used in the pictures below

Cooking Steps:

Step 1: 2 lb chicken breast cleaned/washed as shown in picture below @ step 1

Step 2: cut the Chicken breast in to small cubes (as shown in picture below @ step 2)

Step 3: Add 3 tablespoon of cooking oil in a 12inch Skillet or a Pan on medium heat

Step 4: Add one teaspoon of garlic & one teaspoon of ginger to the skillet/pan

Step 5: Add 2 tablespoon of the Mr. Currys mix and enough Salt on to the Skillet/Pan and mix, 

Step 6: Add the cut chicken breast to the pan mix well until spice mixed well with Chicken

Step 7: Continue mixing/stirring until the chicken cubes/pieces are  cooked  (abut 5 to 10 minutes)

Step 8: Check to make sure the salt is ok and the chicken pieces are cooked to be tender. Then chicken meet get harder  If you over cook the chicken pieces.

- Now pour the butter chicken to a serving pot and ready to serve

- It can be served with Salads, cooked rice, Nan bread, tortilas, any flat breads, noodles, etc.
