Paneer (Indian Cheese) Tikka Masala

 

Ingredients:

1- 16 bottle of Mr. Currys Butter Masala / Tikka Masala base sauce

2- 16 oz (2 cups) of Heavy Whipping Cream

16 oz (2 cups) small cubes (cut into small cubes) of paneer (Indian cheese)

Cooking pan- 12inch Skillet or Pan, as used in the pictures below

Cooking Steps:

Step 1: Place 12inch Skillet or Pan on top of a burner/stove at medium heat

Step 2: Add 2 cup of Butter Masala/Tikka Masala Sauce to the Skillet/pan

Step 3: Add 2 cup of Heavy Whipping Cream to the Skillet/pan

Step 4: Mix all together in the Skillet/Pan very well over the medium heat 

Step 5: Add the 16 oz (2 cups) small cubes (cut into small cubes) of paneer (Indian cheese) to the pan and mix again

Step  6: Continue cooking and strring/mixing over medium heat until the sauce is mixed very well and start getting creamy

Step 7: Make sure the sauce look creamy, but not over cooked and not start to stick/burned onto the bottom of the pan/skillet (about 5 to 10 minutes)

    - Now pour the  to a serving pot and ready to serve as dressing for salads, noodles, cooked rice, Nan breads or any falt beads.
